Credit Card Guarantee
A credit card is required at time of booking to reserve your appointment times. You may choose any form of payment when you check out. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Spa Finder Gift Certificates. Remaining certificate balances are issued via store credit, we are unable to offer cash back for any services, products and certificate purchases. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Appointment Cancellation & Fee Policies
We have reserved a special time just for you with one of our technicians. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, we require 24 hr notice, or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all treatments. In the event you don't arrive for an appointment and have not cancelled, full treatment prices will be charged for all treatments reserved. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of these policies.
Salon Policies
From time to time, treatment prices may have to be adjusted without notice. Children are allowed only if receiving treatments. This is to ensure that all guests receive the relaxation they are expecting and for the safety of your children.
